The Senate Standing Committee on National Cohesion, Equal Opportunity and Regional Integration has commended the Social Health Authority for upholding inclusivity in its staff composition.

The Senate County Public Investments and Special Funds Committee has pressed Kajiado County Governor Joseph Ole Lenku over governance gaps at Ngong Subcounty Hospital, Kitengela Subcounty Hospital, Mbirikani Hospital, and the Kajiado County Referral Hospital, citing missing title deeds, a KES 21.3 million budget shortfall at Ngong, and a 54 per cent staffing deficit at the referral facility, per the Auditor-General's 2024/2025 report.
