The National Assembly has passed the County Government Additional Allocation (No. 2) Bill (Senate Bill No. 8 of 2025) with amendments. This is after considering a series of amendments proposed during the Committee of the whole House stage.

The National Assembly has passed the National Police Service Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2024 and the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes (Amendment) Bill, 2024 with amendments.

The National Assembly has agreed with the President’s reservations on the Cancer Prevention and Control (Amendment) Bill, 2022, and the Wildlife Conservation and Management (Amendment) Bill, 2023 on Thursday, 25th September 2025.
